The Resilience Room
A space to help you quiet the negative mind chatter & find your way back to who you truly are.
When was the last time you went a day without telling yourself:
“I’m a failure,”
“I’m not good enough,” or
“What’s wrong with me?”
The endless comparison to successful people on Instagram, the disgust with the body you see in the mirror, and the shame you get when you look at your bank account never seem to leave you alone… no matter how many self-help books you read or life coaching podcasts you listen to.
Why is it that even though you’ve done the meditations, the affirmations, and the journaling exercises, the Inner Critic never seems to go away?
Here’s what most people won’t tell you…
The part of you that believes you’re not good enough isn’t your enemy… You’ve been taught to get rid of her—but in reality, she needs to be understood.
The negative self-talk you hear is not just sentences in your head… It’s a part of you that feels hurt, unloved, and needs your attention.
And it’s time to get to know her.
Picture This…
What if you could wake up in the morning, look at yourself in the mirror, hear that inner critical voice say, “You’re ugly, you need to lose weight,” and you don’t flinch? You notice the voice, but you don’t let it phase you… and you continue on with your day, genuinely feeling good about yourself and the day ahead.
What would your day look like if the inner critical thoughts no longer had a chokehold on you?
The good news is… This is not only possible, but it’s something that you can do that feels natural and doesn’t feel forced or fake.
This is why I created The Resilience Room
We align technical insight with disciplined execution to provide measurable gains across operational, financial, and strategic domains.
My Inner Critic was relentless… to the point that I wanted to end my life.
My whole life was about impressing my parents. I was a straight-A student, graduated from a distinguished university, and worked as a Registered Nurse at one of the best hospitals in the nation. But then I had a serious “aha” moment: I am not doing what I am meant to do.
I left nursing in 2020 to start my own coaching business, even though my parents were disappointed and constantly asked when I’d go back to nursing. Meanwhile, I was struggling financially, pulling from my retirement and credit cards just to get by. My inner critic was relentless, and I felt defeated, hopeless, and worthless.
On April 20, 2024, I reached a point where I wanted to end my life. After calling the Suicide Hotline and getting no response, I turned to a Qigong movement called “Separating the Clouds.” The suicidal thoughts quieted almost instantly, and for the first time, I truly realized something: my inner critical thoughts were NOT me. There was a part of me beneath all that pain—a part that wasn’t broken.
That moment changed everything. I became determined to learn how to reconnect with that part of myself beneath the criticism, shame, and self-doubt. And that’s exactly what I’m bringing to you inside The Resilience Room—a space to stop fighting yourself, make peace with the parts of you you’ve been trying to fix, and discover a different way of relating to yourself.
