My mind was constantly spiraling — replaying conversations, catastrophizing the future, and criticizing everything I did. I felt frozen, exhausted, and unable to focus or move forward. It was like I was living in the passenger seat of my own life while my mind took over the wheel.
After caring for mental health patients as a Psychiatric Nurse for 8 years, coaching my own clients as a Certified Life Coach for 8 years, and walking through my own emotional healing journey, I learned something that changed everything: when the body doesn’t feel safe, the mind can’t settle.
